At Cutoo Gift Shop, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing from us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@cutoogift.store with the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cutoo Gift Shop is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@cutoogift.store.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or offer a refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
